Who we are
Over 50 years of Bill's Grill
Bill’s Grill has been a cornerstone of the Wilson, NC community for over 50 years. Our journey began with the vision of the original owner, Bill Hayes, who opened the first Bill’s Grill with a commitment to serving delicious, home-cooked meals that brought people together. In 2006, Randy Jenkins purchased the restaurant, and the Jenkins family continued to uphold the legacy of quality and community. By 2016, Randy’s son, Will, took the helm, opening a second location – Bill’s Grill on Nash – and later, a third location on S. Caswell in La Grange.
At Bill’s Grill, we strive to maintain the charm and warmth of a small-town restaurant. Our menu features country cooking, old-fashioned burgers, and legendary hot dogs, all crafted with care and tradition. When you dine with us, you’re not just a customer; you’re part of the Bill’s Grill family. It’s not uncommon to meet Will himself or strike up friendly conversations with fellow diners. Our welcoming atmosphere makes every visit special.
